Total building renovation
The customer wanted to perform total exterior and interior renovation of an exceptional but desolated building.
Before starting the project, the building was in an appalling and dangerous condition. The work was started from the renovation of the exterior. The whole facade was sanded, stuccoed and re-painted.

Interior works included the demolition of unnecessary walls and all lift slabs. New floors were put in, new lift slabs were constructed between 3 floors of the building, new interior brick walls were laid, roof and exterior walls were insulated, new windows and doors were put in, surfaces were tiled, new floor covering was laid, walls were painted etc.
When BALTIC CONSTRUCTORS started this project, the building was worthless. After 8 months of work, however, Fredericia city was proud to present the new 550 m2 office building.
