Renovation of an authentic building in Roskilde town
CJSC BALTIC CONSTRUCTORS renovated a roof of an authentic building in the centre of Roskilde Town. The extent of works included removal of the old roof construction, new vapour barrier, 100 mm "Rockwool" panels, diffuse film, new T-1 lathing and vitreous tile. As scaffolding was already put up for roofing works, the customer took the opportunity and expressed a wish to perform facade renovation and replace the windows at the same time.
